What is decided and what is not
Decided: reading cards stays free for everyone, and Flippo will not need a token to show you what the chain says. Not decided: how much $FLIPPO any planned feature would need, whether holding or spending is the mechanism, and whether a publishing cost exists at all. There are no rewards, payouts, yields or discounts promised to holders.
